Consumer-protection after-sales rules for electrical and electronic goods, plus Taba-specific commitments.
Taba commitments
All Taba products include exchange service within the first 90 days of warranty.
Maximum response time from accepting a defective unit to customer resolution is two working weeks.
For Awest cases, covered electronic parts include fans, hub, remote, and I/O ports.

Key definitions
After-sales services: warranty and support commitments such as setup, repair, replacement, and standard spare parts.
Warranty: free repair/replacement commitments for a defined period.
Post-warranty commitment period: paid support beyond the free warranty window.
Warranty certificate: document listing obligations and exclusions delivered with the product.
Warranty-period obligations
Covered repair services and related urban transport costs are free during the warranty period.
The supplier must remedy inherent defects. If an inherent defect appears within 90 days after installation, the customer may request replacement.
Repeated identical faults during warranty entitle the customer to request a new equivalent product.
If the fault cannot be fixed within 2 weeks (warranty) or 2 months (commitment period), a replacement must be offered, otherwise exchange or refund applies.
Warranty & support duration
Minimum warranty for covered goods is generally 24 months, with exceptions.
Computer equipment and accessories generally have at least 18 months of warranty.
Post-warranty parts/support commitment for computer equipment is at least 3 years.
A valid warranty certificate must include serial, product ID, tracking code, manufacturer/importer, start date, service contacts, scope, and exclusions.
Non-free services (appendix)
- Consumable parts unrelated to an existing defect
- Faults from improper use or storage
- Faults from unauthorized installation/repair
- Relocation and reinstallation services
- Non-standard work outside the product instructions
