Warranty void cases
Conditions that void Taba warranty coverage.
General void cases
Damaged card, serial number, or hologram label
Impact, fire, water damage, rust, unauthorized tampering, dusty environments, non-original adapters, modified parts, modem-to-mains connection issues
Faults from application software or viruses; damaged sections may be excluded by Taba specialists
Breakage or impact damage during postal/courier shipping
Motherboard & graphics card
No visible impact, physical damage, burn marks, sulfate, liquid spill, or deformation
Within warranty period
Intact hologram and warranty labels
Readable undamaged serial
No signs of tampering
Warranty card provided when issued
Poor packaging, chemicals, non-standard converters, and excessive dust are not covered
Power supply void cases
Tampered barcode, serial, or seal voids warranty; Taba also has no obligation for out-of-warranty repair in these cases
Physical damage to connectors, wires, or metal chassis from improper handling voids warranty
Damage from impact, natural disasters, fire, mains surge, liquids, sulfate, lightning, intentional damage, poor packaging, chemicals, non-standard converters, or excessive dust is not covered
Damage from non-standard software/hardware use, non-PC industrial use (e.g. LED boards), or cryptocurrency mining voids warranty
If the whole system is damaged, Taba may cover only the PSU; other parts and user data are not covered
Using unapproved modular cables or mixing cables across models voids warranty
Unauthorized opening or specification changes void warranty
If the original model is unavailable, replacements may be offered with day-rate price difference
Shipping a defective PSU to a service point for exchange/repair/testing is the buyer’s responsibility
Case coverage note
Support for office and gaming cases covers electronic parts only: fans, hub, remote, and I/O ports
RAM void cases
Damaged factory/warranty serial or card
Warranty period expired
Repair by non-Taba technicians
Damage from liquids, extreme heat/cold, chemicals, strong magnetic fields, or heavy dust
Impact, drops, improper transport, or non-standard use
Natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, or fire
Visible physical damage (breakage, scratches, bends, burns, discoloration, etc.)
Visible electronic damage from mains surge or faulty accessories
Damaged sockets and I/O ports
If the original model is unavailable, replacements may be offered with day-rate price difference
